Summary: The unit was very clean. I did not realize it was in China town and the homeless and addicts all around when going outside was depressing. Finding the parking garage was difficult. could not get in the door once I arrived since phone lines were down and was a challenge in finally getting into the unit. Thank God one of the tenants assisted me otherwise I would have been in trouble.
