Description:
This two-story classic Sunriver home has updated touches throughout including TempurPedic Mattresses, Furniture, and Hot Tub! Downstairs has two living areas, dining, nook, kitchen, bunkroom, full bath and laundry. Upstairs are two Primary Bedrooms.

Downstairs:

Living Area:
Just to the left of the entry is the downstairs living area for conversation and relaxing. The gas fireplace will keep the ambiance and warmth flowing in the winter.

Dining Area:
Off the Living area is the Dining Room with seating for six. A window with a mirror across from it keeps the room nice and bright.

Nook:
Between the dining and the Kitchen sits a table for 4. Perfect for snacks, games, or a kids' table.

Kitchen:
The Kitchen is a walk-though style with several prep areas and plenty of storage. The Dishwasher, Oven and Microwave are all upgraded to stainless steel.

Family Room:
To the right of the stairs off the entry is the Family Room. With a new gas Fireplace and comfy seating plus a large Smart TV, it's a great way to relax at the end of the day. The closet hides a desk in case some work needs to be done.

Bedroom 1:
The only downstairs bedroom has a full-sized log bunkbed with Trundle.

3/4 Bath, Laundry, Garage:
Past the Bunkroom is a 3/4 Bath with shower, the Laundry Room and garage access. The garage has space for 1 car. The driveway can hold 3-4 more depending on size.

Upstairs:

Primary Bedroom 1:
The first Primary bedroom has a King-sized bed with New TempurPedic Mattress and an En Suite iwth Shower/Tub combo.

Primary Bedroom 2:
The second Primary bedroom has a Queen-sized bed with New TempurPedic Mattress and an En Suite with Shower/Tub combo.

Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes:
This home includes 8 Recreation Plus Passes. You can access the SHARC pool, Tennis Courts, Pickleball Courts, Boat Launch, and Disc Golf. Visit the SHARC website for court reservations and to see SHARC hours.
