A large living area with beautiful hardwood floors sits off a large porch that faces Scenic Highway 30A – an exceptional place to enjoy your daily workout routine or morning coffee as you gently rock in one of 4 new rocking chairs. The front porch provides access to a spectacular private outdoor shower which includes two distinct showering areas each fitted with 3 separate shower heads. The outdoor shower leads directly into the mudroom/private changing room with a stand-alone ice maker, washer, dryer, plenty of hanging hooks and storage, and access to a large side porch that faces Seaside's quaint East Ruskin Street. Three bedrooms are downstairs, all three are KING bedrooms and each has its own private bathroom. There are two king en suite bathrooms that have large double vanities. The furnishings throughout the first floor have a refined, local flair with pillows and other artwork reminiscent of the 30A and Seaside areas.
