Summary: 3 reasons I choose this property. I knew the area, the view of the bay and that I could bring my 2 little dogs. The area is safe and the access to the little beach is nice. The view did not disappoint, it never does. Sunrises, sunsets and if you time your trip right you get the moon illuminating the bay. Having my two little companions with me was very nice. The back patio is completely enclosed so no worries about escapes. But there are a few quite a few feral cats out in the front so just a heads up incase your dogs are cat chasers. Be respectful and don't take your animals to the little beach. The house has a great layout. Spacious interiors. The kitchen is nice and big. The bedrooms are also nice and spacious. I think the mattresses and pillows need replacing (bring your own pillows). There is not much hot water flow in the master bath (I did let them know). The patio is spacious. The lounge options are not very good though. The pool was nice and clean. The hot tub was nice and clean to, but couldn't figure out how to work it. I would have really liked to have had an instruction booklet in a convenient location to help navigate the amenities as well as including some house notes. There is plenty to like about this house regardless of a few hiccups. It is a dog friendly rental. The spacious interior. The views. For all of that It was a reasonable pice. I would consider staying again.
