the bungalows are all equipped with a/c in the living areas and bedrooms, fast wifi, kitchens, and private patios
- please, no smoking of any kind inside the property (ley n°9028 costa rica) a $250 will be imposed
- loud music and community disturbance Many of your neighbors also are guests, and our properties are not designed for potentially disruptive noise.
- sorry—no parties We encourage you to enjoy our space but not at the expense of your neighbors or the unit itself. Complaints will result in a hefty charge.
- visitors are not allowed in the property without being informed to keep it quiet, private and safe
- maximum capacity of the bungalow is for 2 persons (extra person is not allowed without permission) Each extra person is charge the price of the night paid per night for the bungalow.
