during holiday season periods (christmas, new year & thanksgiving), all golf cart rentals must be fully prepaid in order to guarantee the reservation Cancellations are allowed up to 60 days prior to arrival. After this period, the reservation becomes non-refundable.

payment and cancellation policy
january 6th–december 17th– 50% of the total amount is required at the time of booking Remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations 60 days prior to arrival are refundable; within 59 days or less, refunds won't apply.
18 december–5 january and thanksgiving week – 50% of the total amount is required at the time of booking; this amount is non-refundable The remaining 50% is due 90 days prior to arrival.
no date changes will be allowed for this season; we will only allow date changes if force majeure limits travel; this change will be valid for 11 months from the time of cancellation no refunds will be given for seasonality rate changes
note: a 150 usd administration fee applies for all full refunds if payment was made by wire transfer; if the payment was made by credit card, a processing fee of 4% of the paid amount will be retained.
