getting around:
taxis are very affordable and will cost only about $7-10 to get to the little town of coco (our property manager can provide phone numbers for reliable taxis) Uber is also available. If you like to be active, it's fun to get around on foot or bicycle or golf cart (which both can be rented). If you want to venture to the jungle or other sites, you can easily arrange a tourist shuttle or rent a car. Rental cars do require you to purchase the mandatory insurance and will place a hold on your credit card which will be returned after you return the car, if no damages.
