Casa Alegre, is a beautiful luxury house with arguably the best views in all of Punta Mita. It features four bedrooms, five baths and has 4200 sq. ft. of indoor air-conditioned space along with another 3000 sq. ft. of outdoor patio, pool deck and terrace space. It is a wonderful place to relax and unwind amid the natural beauty/quiet serenity of Punta Mita and the designer inspired decorating throughout the residence. It is centrally located within the El Encanto community of the gated Punta Mita resort. El Encanto is a private home enclave that has its own gate and 24/7 security staff.

Our house comfortably sleeps eight people and we enjoy having smaller groups as they tend to be less noisy and more respectful of the property and its furnishings. So far, we have been most fortunate to mostly have had guests who treat our home and our neighbors with great respect. We hope to continue to have such guests in the future.

We specifically designed and decorated our home to create a feeling of casual elegance. The outdoor family room, dining room, courtyard and pool all flow seamlessly with the indoor space and decorating to provide an overall feeling of harmony, spaciousness and optimism. It was important to us that we create an atmosphere of comfortable style, fun and fashion. We believe we have done so. Casa Alegre, which means house of Joy, has many amenities and features including:

-Magnificent views of the Pacific Ocean, Puerto Vallarta and Sierra Madres Mountains. We never tire of these views and in the winter months they are enhanced by the whales who visit annually and are seen playing just off-shore.

-Daily housekeeping Monday through Saturday which includes breakfasts being made for all guests. Private cook lunches and dinners are also available for an extra charge.

-A full sized swimming pool with water and gas fire pit features.

-Outdoor family room with 50 inch HDTV and gas fire place.

-Outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ grill, refrigerator and sink.

-High speed WiFi service throughout the property.

-Fully appointed and large indoor kitchen with wine refrigerator and breakfast bar.

-Full access to the Four Residents' Beach Clubs and some access to the St. Regis Beach Club.

-Access to brand new El Encanto fitness center located a 3-4 minute walk from the house.
