Brand New, Junior One Bedroom in the heart of South False Creek, Olympic Village Neighbourhood. This beautiful unit has a spacious and open bright layout. Lots of storage space with soft closing cabinets. It is walking distance to Downtown Vancouver, the Seawall and half a block away from transit. Amenities include a rooftop terrace, children's play area, fitness room, and clubhouse. It is close to recreation, public transit, great breweries and restaurants, major banks, and shops.

Please note:

Bed setup: 1 x Queen, plus 2 x twin size air mattresses (linens included for the air mattresses)

Free Parking: available on location (underground secure)

Furnished units are not available to rent unfurnished.

Included: linens, towels, cable TV (basic), Wifi Internet (free), washer/dryer (on suite), full kitchen, and AC (portable or central)

NOT included: Toiletries, condiments (salt, pepper, ketchup, etc.), soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, toilet paper (2 rolls are complimentary upon arrival), and paper towels

Summary: Better than we expected (which doesn't happen often) this one bedroom condo is perfectly located in the heart of Olympic Village. Ideal location, easy walk to tons of great restaurants and activities. The space is clean, cute and very livable, with spacious views. So nice, we extended our stay twice.
