Summary: Ocean view and access to rests were great. Town house needs updates and speucing up. Water leaks when raining. Sleeps 8, but table seating for 6. HVAC unit on 3rd floor in closet makes a lot of noise, so sleeping there was impossible. Comfortable, but not 5 stars; 3.5 stars is more accurate. Could be nicer with fixing up.
