as you enter you will be wowed with the two-story living room and stunning view of the backyard The 1st floor includes a guest room with a King sized bed, full bathroom, TV and workstation with a desktop computer. Oversized living room including a pool table. Dining room that can accommodate 12 people. Large kitchen with fully stocked cabinets help make it feel like home. The kitchen includes counter seating plus a breakfast nook for 6-8 people. Custom Dolby Atmos movie theatre and full bar that services the backyard.
2nd floor: upstairs you will have the remaining bedrooms including the master suite and 3 additional bedrooms The master suite includes a King Sized bed, walk in closet and a gorgeous golf course view. The spa like master bath includes a steam shower, and HUGE outdoor bath including 3 shower heads and a rock bathtub from Bali. There is an open concept small family room before the 3 additional bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen sized bed and a pull out sofa chair (twin sized) Bedroom 2 includes a custom kids Montessori house bed (Queen sized) and a crib. Bedroom 3 includes a queen sized bed and a balcony. All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms.
