Single family home on .73 acre. 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2276 sq. ft. plus huge screened in patio porch overlooking wildlife refuge greenbelt. Newly-furnished. New 55 inch and 49 inch HD TV's, new Weber gas grill, new bedroom sets and mattresses, new outdoor furniture.
we have river access 5 minutes away either at kp hole or rainbow springs state park We have available for use a double kayak and two single kayaks. Rainbow Springs State Park is our favorite place to swim, year round. The park also has delightful hiking trails through waterfalls, butterfly gardens and is home to thousands of cardinals and other wildlife.
