Positive: Front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and remembered us between comings and goings.

Negative: Shower fixture in our room didn't function properly. We were told UpBar was kid friendly until 8pm, but the vibe was absolutely not kid friendly, nor was the menu.

Summary: Much more good than bad.
