Summary: Spent one week in this slice of heaven with 10 family members (2 families of 4 and my parents). Elsa, the concierge, was amazing and so communicative before our stay and throughout our stay and handled any issues immediately. She planned all of our excursions for us (river rafting and private all day catamaran boat) and both were amazing! She also connected us to the private chef who prepared our dinner most nights. Annika, the house mom, made delicious breakfast every morning and kept the home super clean. The outside area is incredible for large families and kids and has a huge shaded area which we appreciated in the 90 degree plus heat! Our only complaint would be that two of the bedroom bathrooms have a hand held shower head that you literally have to hold when showering- they do have a holder for them but the water shoots out too far it wasn’t really usable. Not a huge problem since we had four other showers, but would have been nice to know. If you’re a large group looking for concierge service in a beautiful area- this trip is for you! Thank you so much Elsa for everything!
