Located on Bend's Westside, close to shopping, 5 minutes from Downtown or the Old Mill District and 20 minutes up the hill to Mt. Bachelor, camping grounds and lakes. located in close proximity to great golf courses within half a mile!
this spacious 3,000 sq ft. 3 bedroom, 2-bathroom home with a beautifully landscaped yard is the perfect vacation rental for your next visit to Bend. Ground floor has a family room, bedroom, bathroom, and laundry room. Large fully equipped kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, convection oven, microwave oven and dishwasher. The kitchen is on second story with the views and another bathroom and two bedrooms. Two bedrooms have queen size beds and one bedroom has a king. This is an incredibly fully equipped home with all the amenities, TV’s in every room, WiFi, air conditioning, ceiling fan and an open living room with a gas fireplace on both floors. The home has several steps 10 outside and 14 to the mail part of the house..
