The apartment is full of natural light with awesome views to Condado and the Ocean. It comes with a parking spot with beeper access control and is located in a renovated quiet building in one of the most beautiful areas of Condado, San Juan.
The apartment was recently renovated with wood-like tile floors, fully equipped (beach towels, linen, etc) and furnished with taste and elegance to the tiniest detail. All 2 bedrooms and living room have beautiful views to the city and ocean. Fully equipped modern Italian ARAN kitchen with state of the art appliances overseeing airy bright living room with washer, dryer. All rooms have A/C units or mini splits. Wi-Fi 250 mbps internet connection for the entire apartment.
Master bedroom has queen size bed and cable QLED Smart Samsung 55” tv. Guest bedroom with two twin beds. We have a portable crib. Living room with entertainment center with cable OLED LG 55” Smart TV and dining area. Daily cleaning service not included. Maybe be provided at extra charge.
