refunds & fees
- refund policy:
- 100% refund (less a 3% credit card processing fee) up to 30 days before arrival
- 50% refund (less a 3% credit card processing fee) up to 14 days before arrival
- a pre-authorized damage deposit hold of $1,000 is required or a non-refundable damage waiver of $75/day up to $300 If the damage deposit is chosen it is released a few days following check out provided there is no damage during the guest stay.
