- the suite is located in a hotel but is not associated with the hotel services and is independently operated by estate hosts
- this unit is a corner unit and has no view of the city this is the only two king beds two bedroom suite in the entire hotel
- there is no parking included, you must pay for parking
-self parking is available and the rate is $48 per night
- we do not offer luggage drop off or luggage storage at this time
-if you require early check in please let us know immediately same day early check in request will be declined (early check in fee is $100- as we would have to hire an additional cleaner to have ready in time)
- no loud noise after 9 pm to 9 am there is a sound monitoring device to ensure this to help you know if you are being to loud
- all booking alterations request for a shorter stay from the original length will be denied Change of Dates will be accepted as long as same length of stay or longer.
- check-out time: please note that any late check-out beyond the designated 11:00 am time will incur an additional fee of $100 per hour
- no smoking/vaping in unit

- pets allowed for additional fee $50
