The TV can be viewed from either the outdoor living room area or the eating area as it can be angled in either direction. The 4 sun loungers will beckon you to bask in the Florida sunshine and unwind amidst the beautiful surroundings of Solterra Resort. The pool and lanai are south west facing so you can enjoy afternoon sun by the pool, and the incredible sunsets.
first floor the first floor features a living room and dining room that comfortably seats 8 guests, with additional seating in the kitchen The adjacent room has a fully equipped kitchen, with an island, a kitchen table, and access to the patio doors leading out to the Lanai. The kitchen area is open to the living room with an 80" smart TV. The vaulted ceilings with plenty of windows allow you to enjoy natural light throughout the day and evening. There is also a spacious Master bedroom on the first floor with a king-size bed, 55" smart TV and a walk-in closet with a safe in it. The master bathroom features a soaker tub, shower, and a private toilet. Adjacent to the laundry room, you'll find a convenient half bathroom.
second floor upstairs, the second floor boasts a second master bedroom with a king-size bed, 55" smart tv, a walk in closet and a private bathroom with a walk in shower Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and a 50" smart TV. Bedroom 4 offers a queen bed with a 50" smart TV and is accompanied by a full bathroom right beside it. Bedrooms 4 and 5 share this bathroom. Bedroom 5 offers a queen bed with a 50" smart TV. Bedroom 6 has a Mickey Mouse themed room with two twin beds and is equipped with a Roku TV. A shared bathroom is conveniently situated between bedrooms 3 and 6.
