Villa Pesquera is a beautiful beach and fishing town area located in Patillas. This popular location called the Malecon, has public showers, bathrooms, volleyball court, kids playground, boat ramp, restaurants, 6 kiosks (walk-up bars), outdoor beach rentals, fresh fish and a nature reserve you can explore. This rental is for the first entire floor that contains 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, 1/2 outdoor bath, full kitchen, livingroom, private entrance, secure gated private parking for 1 car and an amazing backyard with outdoor fireplace, BBQ, and bar. The upstairs unit is for my wife and me. We are here to help our guest if needed. We have a beautiful English Bull dog, if you like to meet her just let us know.
this property also has a working microbrewery we operate This is a private brewery and you will not need to worry about people showing up. You are welcome to try a sample and relax in our beautiful backyard.
this area comes to life on the weekends and can get loud at night Even loud cars can drive thru the area at times; it is a normal part of the Puerto Rican culture. If you prefer a clamer experiance, Monday thru Thursday are better days to explore this beatiful area.
