Positive: The apartment is very spacious and very clean. The AC works really well. The views from the living room are amazing. I really enjoyed that the kitchen is full service- washer, dryer, stove, sink, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, etc. The dining room table was spacious for a family of four. The bedrooms were spacious too- two can fit in one room and three in the other. The hot water worked really well in the bathroom. There was a TV in the larger bedroom and living room. Be prepared to use your logins to access Netflix, disney+, etc. The hosts were very receptive and responsive to any requests. The location was perfect. I enjoyed my own parking spot and direct access to the beach. The hotel also offered a pool, play area for smaller children, and grills, if you wanted to BBQ. The hotel lobby and shared space were very clean. I would definitely stay again and recommend others to stay as well.

Negative: The apartment was a bit dated. The decor could use a bit of a refresh. In the main bedroom, the light was accessed via a lamp and the window shade did not go up. The couch and chairs to the dining room table were worn. One leg to the couch was missing, so the couch had a bit of a lean. The bathroom didn't have a soap holder or rack to hold soap, shampoo, bath products, etc.
