check-out: 11:00 am
late check-out must be approved in advance

only the number of guests confirmed in the reservation is allowed
no additional visitors without prior approval
exceeding occupancy may result in immediate cancellation of the stay
3 quiet hours
please respect quiet hours from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am
no loud music or disturbances, especially during nighttime
4 parties & events
strictly no parties or events unless explicitly approved in writing
5 smoking
no smoking inside the property
smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas
6 pets
pets are allowed but need to be declared prior to arrival
