The Space
Located overlooking the lifestyle pools, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo offers a large covered terrace overlooking the mature gardens. Enjoy shade throughout the mornings and beautiful afternoon sun from the terrace. This building is the closest to the pedestrian security gate providing the best walkable access to stores and restaurants.

This condo has an open-concept living space that leads out to the terrace. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel full-sized appliances and granite countertops. Beyond that is a dining area that seats 4. The living room has high-end comfortable furniture and a large flatscreen TV and is just steps away from your private outdoor living space.

When you’re ready to siesta or retire for the night, the master bedroom offers a king bed, TV, large walk-in closet and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be configured as a king, with a full bathroom just outside the door.

Getting Around
Car rentals or golf cart rentals are options for transportation during your stay. PACIFICO offers free golf cart charging and ample parking right in front of the building. It’s also a very walkable location! You can walk to the grocery store (5 minutes), restaurants and shops (5-25 minutes) and the beach (15 minutes).

There is a complimentary shuttle to the PACIFICO Beach Club and taxis are available at the taxi stand next to the AutoMercado (5 minutes walk)
