Summary: Perfect for one person or a couple. Faces north so no sun at anytime. That will change somewhat as the year progresses but the large deck area stays wet all day with the high dew fall through the night. Comfortable outdoor seating. The outdoor kitchen and eating area are covered so the floor is dry. Only a few minutes walk to the centre of town, on an easy incline for coming home. Sergio answers questions very quickly. Would use this accommodation again.
