Prepare meals in the beautiful kitchen with a 48" Wolf range and SubZero refrigerator and freezer. Chill your favorite wines in the wine cooler nestled into the kitchen island. A large living room with a Smart TV and dining room are perfect for entertaining your guests in the evening. Relax and read your favorite book on the front porch or sitting area off the dining room. The fabulous indoor pool is the perfect spot to relax out of the sun after a day of fun on the beach. Three sets of french doors allow you to open the pool up to the patio area, or keep them closed for a little more warmth in the winter months. Either way, a private pool in Seaside is a rarity, and this one won't disappoint!

The second floor has a large master bedroom at the front of the home, with beautiful drapery and linens. The ensuite master bathroom has a large soaking tub, walk in shower, his and hers vanities, a closet with plenty of hanging space, and a separate water closet. Down the hall lie two additional bedrooms, both well appointed with king size beds and ensuite bathrooms. Also off the hallway is a full bathroom for the twin bed stationed by the stairs up to the tower. This room has floor to ceiling drapery that can be closed for quiet time for a little one sleeping in that space.

As you ascend the beautiful stairs to the tower, you will land in a mid tower area. This space has 4 daybeds, perfect for the kids to relax and read a book in their own space. French doors open up to a balcony with great views of the Gulf of Mexico. Ascending to the tower above, the door opens out to a covered patio space, where the views of the Gulf will take your breath away. Enjoy an evening drink on the sectional sofa while watching the sunset over the Gulf and the town of Seaside.

This stunning guest home to "Selah" is the perfect, private, retreat for a couple or small family. This space is perfect for anyone with mobility issues as well, as the bedroom in the guest cottage is on the first floor. An ensuite bathroom provides a quiet bedroom retreat all in it's own. The upstairs space also has a small kitchen, perfect for preparing small meals during your stay. A beautiful 30" Wolf Range and built in Sub Zero refrigerator/freezer will excite those who like to have the option to cook in a carriage house!

In the yard you will find a wonderful patio space to unwind while preparing dinner on the gas grill just outside the pool area. The private driveway allows for easy parking of strollers, bikes, and beach wagons. Please note, the parking of vehicles in the driveway is prohibited.

Selah is primely positioned on East Ruskin Street, just four homes back from the beach and just one block to the center of Seaside, FL. You will find yourself with easy access to the beach and many shops and restaurants in Seaside.
