Princesa de Penasco is a beachfront getaway right in the center of Sandy Beach in beautiful Puerto Penasco, Mexico (aka Rocky Point). If you have never been to this amazing beach town be prepared to fall in love and never want to leave. The drive is a close one-hour trip south of the border – 4 hours from Phoenix, AZ or 3.5 hours from Tucson, AZ. This destination provides some of the cleanest and most incredible beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. The condo is on the 1st floor in the West facing "B" building. The resort has three pools, a swim up bar, fire pit, hot tub, barbecue grills, its own restaurant/bar, 24-hour security and even a golf course nearby.
professionally remodeled with updated paint, cabinets and furniture The ocean view private master bedroom has a large king size bed and on-suite bathroom with a combination shower / tub. The guest bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and access to the shared bathroom with shower. The living room has a leather sofa sleeper, dining for 9 and a large glass slider that leads directly to the pools and beach. There are flat screen Smart TV's with cable in every bedroom and living room with Netflix and Amazon Prime available with your log in.
