our brand new 4 bedroom villa is just steps from the pool and a short walk to the beach where you can witness beautiful sunsets It is also a short drive to the Beach Club, JW Marriott and Playa Avellanas and a nice walk during low tide.
1st floor has a welcoming living room, dining table for 8-10 and wood kitchen counter for 3, all with glass doors and views towards the ocean The fully equipped kitchen has all you need for making home cooked meals or to have a meal cooked for you. Stainless steel microwave, wall oven, dishwasher, glass cooktop and 2 door frig with large bottom freezer. Separate laundry room with large washer and dryer.
