the villa opens up to a huge open floor plan with living area, dining area and fully equipped modern kitchen Kitchen has been recently renovated with a brand new very unique Quartz waterfall effect counter top, brand new electric cook top, wall oven and microwave, brand new coffee area and all soft close hinges for all cabinets and drawers.
1st floor balcony area has 6 burner gas grill, round glass table with seating for 4, 4 brand new leather rocking chairs and ceiling fans for all year round comfort
the first floor also has 1st guest bedroom with queen size bed, glass door to the outside and a private full bath and brand new 50" flat screen smart tv
there is a ½ bath in the entryway of the villa
the 2nd floor has a 2nd living area with brand new 43" flat screen smart tv with glass doors that lead to balcony with 2 loungers and seating for 6

Summary: Brenda accomodated all of our requests. The location was perfect for having to stay relatively close by for a conference at the JW, as well as tending to a baby on this particular trip. Walkable to a couple of beaches, lovely pool within steps that usually had no one there, and access to the beach club with spoiling amenities. The Villa was spacious for the 4 adults and 1 baby.
