Summary: Pleasantly surprised given that this is a small hotel just off I-10. Thankfully, there were none of the expected smells (musty, cigarettes or Marijuana)! Also, NO bugs whatsoever! We had the closest room to the elevator on 3rd floor and it was QUIET!!! Comfortable bed. Great AC! Friendly, efficient staff, parking area felt safe, waffles, fruit, cereal for breakfast were fine. Only disappointment that pool and hot tub weren't open yet, and hallways, elevator were warm.
