Positive: Comfortable beds,clean, plenty towels, lots of light, modern furnishings.

Negative: The outside needs work and the grounds need upkeep. The house directly across the street is not attractive. This is something owner cannot control or fix but if you want to enjoy the closed in porch it is what you are looking at.
