The lake in front of the villa cannot be used for any water activities, such as swimming, boating, etc.
cocotal is a large, gated golf resort & residential community with 24-hour gated entrance and security The resort features a beautiful 27-hole golf course, practice facilities, clubhouse with pool area, restaurant and bar; and a convenient mini market.

vip inclusion: access to jellyfish beach club & restaurant on bávaro beach (advance reservations required) Complimentary transportation is included with a minimum food & beverage consumption of US$25 per person, payable in advance via secure payment link and applied as a restaurant/bar credit (non-refundable if unused). Reservations are subject to availability and blackout dates may apply, including private events. Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Food and beverages at Jellyfish are not included in the villa rental and must be paid directly to the restaurant.

housekeeper: the spanish-speaking housekeeper will clean the villa, make the beds, and wash towels and linens (usually every 3rd day) We do not offer personal laundry service. The housekeeper may reside on the property in a separate living area.
villa manager: you’ll also have an english- and spanish-speaking villa manager available during your stay This is your go-to person for any questions or if you need any services that you haven’t booked before your arrival. The villa manager will greet you when you arrive at the villa, check you in, and will be available daily throughout your entire stay.
