jan 6th-dec 17th- 50% of the total amount is required on time of booking Remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations 60 days prior to arrival are refundable, within 59 days or less refunds won’t apply.
dec 18-jan 5th and thanksgiving week- 50% of the total amount is required on time of booking, this amount is non refundable Remaining 50% is due 90 days prior to arrival.
no date changes will be allowed for this season; we will only allow date changes if force majeure limits travel; this change will be valid for 11 months from the time of cancellation no refunds will be given for seasonality rate changes
note: 150 usd administration fee applies for all full refunds if payment was in wire transfer; if the payment was made by credit card a processing fee of a 4% of the paid amount will be retained.
