there are paddle fans in every room and central a/c We have a fully stocked kitchen with custom built farm table, stainless steel appliances, convection oven, fridge with ice maker, coffee pot, microwave, blender, and toaster over.

3 bedrooms... 2 bedrooms have a queen bed and one bedroom has a bunk bed with a full sized bed on the lower bunk and twin upper and a single twin.
