Summary: The property was just as described, perfectly located right next to the park. Which was great for my two young children who enjoyed the playground as well as the basketball, tennis courts and Pickleball courts. The house came with a four person golf cart which made trips to and from the beach as well as two and from the downtown area a breeze. Would highly recommend also checking out the Isle of Palm marina there were some really good food. We also took the golf cart in that direction and had no issues with finding a place to park as well as getting in and out of the marina. but highly recommend this house for a young family or for people who want a quiet location to enjoy Isle Palm
