Positive: Very organized, clean, comfortable apartment. Kitchen very well equipped. Close to the supermarket. Nice area.
Negative: The downstairs neighbors complained about noise, so with kids it was very unpleasant for us, looks like the floor makes a lot of noise for the neighbor, kids cannot run or play inside. We had the feeling we were always annoying someone.
