the apartment is shared with international or italian university students
it is close to all services (pharmacy, supermarket, bar, tobacconist, piadineria / pizzeria), all university faculties are easily reached on foot or bike:
- ideal for all faculties of economics, agriculture and veterinary that are close about 900 mt;
- the bus stops are nearby (red line and line 14) and allow easy access to the city center, the airport and the train station; line 22 bus active for night time
-there is no lack of centers of interest: just a few steps away is the museum center of san michele and the new municipal library
the apartment has been completely renovated and with new furnishings designed for student comfort, it is composed beyond this room by:
- 5 single rooms very spacious, bright and with mosaic floors
- 2 bathrooms all with shower
- kitchen fully equipped (oven, microwave, fridge, freezer,induction cookersand all the accessories included);
- the rooms are equipped with a large double bed, bedside table, cabinet with 3 doors, bookcase, desk and chair, tv cabinet
the price of the room is per month "all inclusive"
- "all inclusive" price means that all costs are included in the price: monthly rent, condominium expenses, heating, gas, electricity, water, waste tax, monthly cleaning of common areas and unlimited fast fiber wi-fi
this allows you to study in total serenity, having the security of a certain price every month without surprises
so recapitulating: - no agency fees - no security deposit - no utilities header You will only have a a one-time initial fixed cost of € 350 to be paid when booking a room, that includes: drafting and registration of the contract (taxes and stamps), cleaning of entry and exit, insurance, maintenance. The apartment is supplied with pots, plates, cutlery etc. obviously everything completely new!
