the apartment is located in via romiti in the center, in a elegant building with private internal courtyard closed with a gate and doorman service at the entrance The central station can be reached in 5 minutes and bus stops are near (red and green Lam). The apartment is shared with international or Italian university students. it is close to all services
(pharmacy, supermarket, bar, tobacconist, piadineria / pizzeria), shops and all university faculties are easily reached on foot:
- ideal for the faculties of engineering, pharmacy, medicine, law, languages, biology, political sciences, philosophy (hidden phone number)mt)
- economics, agriculture and veterinary are about 1,5 km away
- computer science, mathematics, physics and fibonacci pole about 2 km away
the apartment has been completely renovated and with new furnishings designed for student comfort, it is composed of:
- 6 nice single rooms
- 2 bathroom with shower
- fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine stove and all accessories included) with the balcony;
- covered bike place in the garage in the fenced condominium area
the room has queen size bed, a bedside table, a wardrobe, a bookcase, a desk and a chair
