the summerwood neighborhood is a quiet neighborhood filled with a combination of large private homes, townhomes, and duplexes Conveniently located off of the main highway, it's close to the Keystone Ski Resort, Lake Dillon, the town of Dillon, and the Outlets at Silverthorne. Breckenridge Ski Area and Arapahoe Basin are also just a short drive away. the recreation path runs right through the neighborhood, so bring your bike or hiking shoes and enjoy all summit county has to offer!
the main level of this home is accessed via a flight of stairs in the entry An open floor plan with natural wood floors offers vaulted ceilings, lots of windows, vast mountain views, and plenty of natural sunlight. The living room faces the beautiful mountain views with ample seating, a wood fireplace, smart TV, queen sofa bed, and large windows. The living room is also furnished with a desk and wireless printer/scanner/copier/fax machine for guests to use. The spacious dining room has seating for everyone. The galley kitchen overlooks the dining and living room and includes eat-in seating, making the perfect breakfast nook! A half bath is located off of the living room, and there's also a deck with a private hot tub.
