this spacious and fully air conditioned 4 bedroom house is nestled within its own private and well established gardens within the orange tree subdivision in clermont
the beautifully designed pool and spa deck area is south west facing and is the perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring what orlando has to offer
the beautifully decorated house offers 1 x king master suite, 2 x queens and 1 x twin room
the main living area is very spacious, open plan, light and airy - and comprises of 2 x sitting areas with sofas, a dining area and a kitchen with breakfast bar and stools, and also a breakfast nook - giving lots of opportunities for you to spend time and make memories together
the kitchen is fully equipped with all the facilities you need for your stay including pots/ pans, utensils, all cutlery, crockery and glassware It also benefits from a full size fridge/ freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Leading from the kitchen is the laundry room which contains a large washing machine and seperate drier.
the main lounge area is very comfortable, and has a large smart tv with spectrum tv installed, and direct access to the pool deck
the master bedroom suite which also boasts direct access to the pool deck is a great size and contains a king size bed and a good sized walk in closet This room also has Spectrum TV. The Master suite also enjoys a fantastic en-suite bathroom which has his and hers sinks, a large tub, walk in shower and seperate wc.

The pool area is set within the private garden belonging to the property, which affords a great degree of privacy for you to enjoy your stay.
