Queen sleeper sofa is in the downstairs living room. On the main floor guests can enjoy a spacious living room. Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator with icemaker, stove/oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, blender, regular coffee pot, Keurig coffee pot and toaster. Dining room is off of the kitchen. Bar stools are available at the kitchen area. Lower level has a living room, dining room and full kitchen. Main level and lower level both have washer and dryers. Lower level has a patio to enjoy overlooking pond. Home has 2 smart televisions. Free WIFI. Front porch has furniture to relax after a day at the beach. Back porch is off the living room and comes with furniture. Wood floors in main living areas and carpet in the bedrooms. 2 Car garage. No smoking and No pets allowed.
