It is located on a quiet one way street in a college town neighborhood. The college houses next to us are empty during the summer. The house is walking distance to Main Street shops, restaurants and activities. Cooperstown All Star Village baseball fields are less than 2 miles away. Cooperstown Baseball World is 1 mile away. Cooperstown Dreams Park baseball fields are 30 minutes away..
