Spring Break Rules & Regulations (MARCH RESERVATIONS ONLY)

Each guest staying in the room will need to fill out our Spring Break Policy Packet, Share Form, and provide a valid and accurate ID. The main guest will need to provide an active Debit Card to have on file during their stay. If the card is not under any staying guest’s name, you must fill out a Credit Card Authorization

The Spring Break Policy Packet lists all the rules and regulations for the property during Spring Break. Each page must be initialed by each guest and then a signature by each guest on the final page.

The Share form contains information used to identify each guest staying in the room. Such as age, birthday, address, and full name.

Each guest will also need $100 CASH at check-in. $20 will be used to pay for our GUEST WRISTBAND, which will allow access to our events and show that they are a staying guest. The $20 is NOT REFUNDABLE. $80 will be used for the DAMAGE DEPOSIT, which will be refunded when everyone checks out of the room if there is no damage to the room. Each guest will need to be present at check-out for their damage deposit. If they cannot be present, they will need to sign off on allowing another guest from their unit to collect the damage deposit refund.

If you would like to complete the paperwork required to check in ahead of time, you can contact the hotel and provide an email address where we will send you the Spring Break Policy Packet, Share Form, and Credit Card Authorization (If needed) to complete. We will then provide you with an email address to send the forms back to the resort.

FAMILIES & NON-SPRING BREAKERS

Families and non-spring breakers are not required to fill out any of the above-mentioned paperwork. Nor are you required to put down a damage deposit. You are required to pay the wristband fee, which is charged for all guests during the month of March. At check-in you will be required to sign a form stating that you acknowledge certain policy changes and aspects of your stay during your time here at the resort.

There will be loud music playing on the property, sometimes well into the night. The presence of alcohol will be noticeable, and there will be very large crowds present at times. We always ask that families and non-spring breakers keep this in mind when they book with us. We would like you to enjoy your stay here at the Isla Grand, but we understand that this environment does not suit everybody.
