Bella Vista is a spacious two-bedroom single storey annexe attached to the side of the owner’s home which is located in the outskirts of the rural hamlet of Clayhanger. This is within easy reach of Tiverton which is 9 miles away and Bampton which is 4½ miles away.

The first bedroom in the property has a standard double bed and built-in wardrobes and the second bedroom has a Kingsize zip and link bed. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath, toilet and wash basin. The large well-kept garden to the side of the annexe is shared with the owner’s and it has an attractive lawned area, a gas barbecue and a summer house with indoor seating and a decked area with a table and chairs which guests are welcome to use. For the less mobile in your party the property provides doorways wide enough for wheelchairs, temporary ramps which can be used to access the front door and conservatory plus all of the rooms are set on the ground floor.
