The park contains a charming combination of rain forest, beaches, and coral reefs. Many trails in the park have been improved recently, so you will find well-maintained paths that lead to spectacular viewpoints, secluded beaches, and small waterfalls. You can also sunbathe and snorkel at the park’s many beaches.

the unit is part of a 16 unit gated, condominium, development There are four (4) buildings, each with four (4) units. Each unit is a corner unit and is two-floors.
the condo development has two swimming pools: one for adults and one for children, along with a large, shared hospitality space in the middle of the development Guests will not hear any of the activities from this unit as it faces a different direction and is approximately 100 meters away.
on the newly refurbished first floor, the open floor plan allows easy flow between the kitchen, the kitchen island (with stool seating), the living room, dining area and main floor outdoor patio space, which faces a lush jungle There is also a bathroom with a shower on the first floor. this space has it's own air conditioner unit

there are two large grocery stores nearby, gas stations, restaurants all within 5 minutes of this condo The Quepos marina is approximately 10 minutes from the property and has a medical center, pharmacy, restaurants and the launching point for many fishing and sight-seeing charters. There is a nearby regional airport only 5 minutes away that has several daily flights from San Jose to Quepos. There are a couple of local airlines offering daily service to-and-from SJO-XQP (La Managua Quepos airport).
