Splendid property consisting of two independent but communicating units with a shared terrace, perfect for two families or a group of friends. The house has many stairs, not recommended for those with mobility difficulties.
the property spreads over several levels and benefits from two independent entrances to the two houses The first entrance opens onto a flight of stairs at the end of which is the first bathroom and the living room equipped with comfortable sofas gathered around the TV. Next door is the dining room and the independent kitchen equipped with all amenities including an oven and espresso machine. Going up further stairs you have access to the laundry room and the terrace. From the living room there is also access to the first bedroom with a queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom, and bathtub carved out of a alcove in the stone. Further stairs lead to the second bedroom with a French-size bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. This room also has access to the terrace. The annex is accessible both from the terrace and from a separate entrance facing the street. This consists of a living area with an open-plan kitchen and a final master bedroom and ensuite bathroom.

Characteristic are its narrow streets, the Piazza della Libertà (5 minutes away), and the column of St. Oronzo that majestically protects the town.

Moving westward there is Taranto, the heart of Magna Graecia, and finally to Matera, characteristic of its Sassi and European Capital of Culture 2019.
