ground floor: on the ground floor we find the living area as follows: a large and bright living room, furnished with sofas, armchairs, fireplace (decorative) and tv; a large eat-in kitchen, equipped with: 2 dining tables (for a total of 10 people), electric oven, stove, coffee machine dishwasher and fridge. A bathroom with shower ends the floor.
