The villa is in a quiet, sunny and panoramic position, surrounded by a lush garden with lawn, aromatic and ornamental plants. The residence extends over the ground floor. The upper floor of the villa houses an independent accommodation, inhabited by the owners during the medium and low season periods, not using the gareden and pool which are private for the guests only. All rooms are air conditioned. The house offers modern comforts and a wellness area with sauna, Turkish bath, hydromassage tub and emotional shower. Excellent base for exploring the surrounding area, which includes splendid beaches, seaside villages, baroque cities, archaeological sites and nature reserves in south-eastern Sicily.
