the space is perfect for larger groups who appreciate their own space & privacy when needed! the building is 1 short block to the metra train in downtown berwyn which puts you in the chicago loop in 14 minutes flat! check out downtown berwyn which offers a variety of places to eat and drink!
guest access:
guests will have access to the entire building: garden apartment, 1st floor apartment, and 2nd floor apartment Guests will also have private access to the fenced-in backyard with patio furniture, a charcoal Weber grill, a propane Weber Grill, and a smokeless fire pit (& wood).

cta bus's are available as well
