description: starting with the amazingly spacious open area on the 2nd floor, you have a large open den with a leather sofa and 2 leather love seats positioned around a large flat screen tv, adjacent to the den is a fully equipped kitchen, eat-in bar for 4, plus a large dining room table with seating for 8 ACROSS FROM THE DINING AREA YOU WILL FIND A SUNROOM WITH TABLE AND CHAIRS IDEAL FOR CARD OR BOARD GAMES. OFF THE SUNROOM IS THE OPEN AIR BACK DECK. UNDERNEATH THE DECK IS A COVERED PATIO WHERE YOU WILL FIND NOT ONE BUT TWO GRILLS, 1 CHARCOAL AND 1 GAS GRILL.
the second floor has 2 king bedrooms and 2 full baths THE MASTER BEDROOM HAS A TV PLUS A LARGE ENSUITE WALK-IN SHOWER AND A DOUBLE VANITY. THE 2ND BEDROOM HAS A TV AND 2ND BATHROOM HAS A TUB/SHOWER COMBINATION AND SINGLE VANITY.
the 2nd floor also has a full size washer dryer
on the 3rd floor you will find 2 full size beds and another full bath with tub/shower combination
