the property: rustic yet modern architecture, with lots of custom wood cabinets, tile and bamboo floors, and open-beam vaulted ceilings throughout The house has 1,400 sq.ft. (130m2) of interior space on a 5,200 sq.ft. (483m2) lot. The gardens are beautifully manicured by 2 resident gardeners throughout the development and around the house.
front porch: this glass-enclosed enclosed area of approximately 200sqft. is one of the coziest places in the house, from where you will enjoy the view of the Imbabura (inactive) volcano and the manicured gardens during breakfast, or at night while enjoying 1 of the 2 wood-burning fireplaces in the house with gas log-lighters. A privacy hedge covers just enough so that you can enjoy this intimate space.
master bedroom & bath: king bed, walk-in closet with lots of storage space, and a large bath with dual sinks and a soaking tub and shower combo to enjoy and relax The sliding doors welcome you into the private patio where you can enjoy the fresh air, blue skies and mountain views.

guest interaction: bob and juan have been hosting since 2014, and have hosted over 4,000 guests from 30+ different countries in their properties in florida This is their first property in Ecuador, Juan’s home country, and it’s hosted by Juan’s sister and brother in law, who live in Quito. They will personally welcome you into the house and show you around it, while maintaining social distance and using a mask at all times. You will be requested to do so as well.
